Continuing my little quest to simplify the charging places at my home and office, I got myself another multi-ports charging station. This time, my choice goes to Anker PowerPort 5. It is a charging station with 5 USB ports, capable to deliver 40 W power (8 Amp). The PowerIQ and VoltageBoost features combine to ensure the fastest possible charge.
The dimensions of Anker PowerPort 5 is very compact at 91 x 58 x 27 mm. The weight (235 gr) feels slightly on the lighter side, but it doesn’t make it less solid. This charging station only needs one cable to the power outlet: a standard figure-8 cable (2 pins).
Not much to say about a charger, I guess. It does its job well, no problem so far. And it does charge my devices reasonably fast. All good.
