nutouch-gloves

Soon winter will come to Australia. One typical habit when walking outdoor is either wearing gloves, or keeping our hands in our pockets. If we wear gloves, we can’t use our touch-screen phones. If we don’t wear gloves, our fingers are freezing out there, especially when the temperature is below 5° Celcius.

NuTouch Gloves is a product from NewerTech. To be honest, they are not the only company producing smartphone-friendly gloves. However, other products I’ve seen usually look ugly, or too expensive. These nice gloves are slightly under $10 and they look good, so it might deserve a try.

I bought this NuTouch Gloves on impulse. It was not a planned purchase. All the 10 fingers use special conductive fiber woven, allowing us to use our smartphones without taking off our gloves. Sounds pretty convenient and worth trying. There are 4 sized of NuTouch Gloves: S, M, L and XL. We measure our palm (from the tip of middle finger to the base of our wrist) to find out which size is the most suitable.

NuTouch Gloves are reasonably comfortable to wear. I have tested all 10 fingers with an iPhone and they work great. I have a suspicion that these gloves might not be warm enough for actual winter, but I will have to wait a month or so to actually test it against Melbourne’s winter.
